Take HWY 97 North out of Sand Springs (Approx. 12 miles) to the entrance of John Zink Ranch. Enter ranch gate and stop at automatic gate and sign-in shack. Sign in and punch listed numbers on intercom for caretaker. Give membership number or say you are a competitor in today's match. Follow signs to range.
Competition is open to all.
Approved matches $20.00. NRA classification books ($12.00) are required for all persons competing for awards.
Pre-registration is not required for approved matches.
The ranch opens at 7:00 A.M. The range will open for practice from 7:30 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. Match will begin at 9:30 A.M.
Current NRA Silhouette rules will apply.
NRA Silhouette Classification will be used. When there are three or more unclassified competitors, there will be an unclassified class. When there are less than three unclassified competitors, each unclassified competitor will be placed in the class into which their score falls.
Awards will be given for match winner and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each class for approved matches.
The air conditioned club house is open to all competitors. Soft drinks, snacks, water and lavatory facilities are available. Camping is permitted outside range gate, which is closed at sundown. Motels are available in Sand Springs and Tulsa.
