2. Nathaniel² Newlin (Nathaniel¹) reference 274 was born in Ireland or Chester Co., PA. January 19, 1689/90. Nathaniel died c 1731 in Chester Co., PA.

He married Jane Woodward in Chester Co., PA, c 1720. Jane was born in Chester Co., PA c 1699. She was the daughter of Richard Woodward and Jane Petty.

Nathaniel Newlin and Jane Woodward had the following child:

• 3 i. Martha³ Newlin reference 137 was born in Chester Co., Pennsylvania, September 18, 1721. Martha died November 23, 1806 in North Carolina,, at 85 years of age. She married Isaac Harvey in Chester Co., PA, c 1737. Isaac was born in Chester Co., PA September 21, 1718. He was the son of William Harvey and Judith Bolin. Isaac died March 11, 1802 in Orange Co., NC, at 83 years of age. (See Isaac Harvey for the continuation of this line.)
