He married Jane Petty. Richard Woodward and Jane Petty had the following child: 2 i. Jane2 Woodward reference 275 was born in Chester Co., PA c 1699. She married Nathaniel Newlin in Chester Co., PA, c 1720. Nathaniel was born in Ireland or Chester Co., PA. January 19, 1689/90. He was the son of Nathaniel Newlin and Mary Mendenhall.
