2. Abraham2 Hugueley (Job1) was born in Loudoun Co., VA August 16, 1775. Abraham died May 27, 1856 in Wilson Co., TN buried in Hewgley Cemetery, at 80 years of age.

He married Sarah B. ??? in Loudoun Co., VA, Unknown. The following is the will of Abraham.

STATE OF TENNESSEE, COUNTY OF WILSON Will Book 14, Pages 318-321

I, Abraham Huguely, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all others by me at any time made.

I give and bequeath to my daughter, Margaret Ann Haraldson, in addition to what I have heretofore given her, provided she is living at my death, my negro woman Phealy and one hundred dollars.

I give and bequeath to my daughter, Elizabeth Lain, one hundred dollars and if she is not living, and her daughter Sarah J. Eatherly is, I give her fifty dollars.

I give and bequeath to my grandson, Augustus Huguely, my rifle gun.

I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, Waunetty (Juanita) Huguely, my small clock.

I give and bequeath to my daughter, Alamedia Bodily and the heirs of her body (provided she has any), for her or their separate use, benefit and support, my negro girl Ruth, a gray mare, saddle and bridle, one cow and calf, 7 head of sheep, one sow and pigs, one bed, bedstead and furniture, one bureau, one chest, one eight day clock, one small table and furniture and an undivided interest in the remainder of my estate.

I nominate and request Samuel Hamilton after my death to act as trustee for my said daughter, Alamedia, and if she should die, I give and bequeath all of the property designated for her to six of my other children (viz), George W., John W., the heirs of Alfred S., Lewis, Sally and Nancy to be equally divided among them.

I give and bequeath to my three sons, George W., John W., and Lewis my four horse wagon.

I give and bequeath to my three daughters, (viz), Nancy, Sally and Alamedia, my four negroes - Tom, Mary, Daniel and Harrison.

I give and bequeath to seven of my children, (viz), George W., John W., the heirs of Alfred S., Lewis, Nancy, Sally and Alamedia all of the remainder.

And lastly, I nominate and appoint my son John W. Hugely and William S. Young, my Executors to this my Last Will and Testament---this 18th day of June 1849.

1st codicil: 29th Sept. 1851: Witnesses: James Hamilton & Willie Alford.

2nd codicil: of which I have given to my two daughters Nancy Young and Sarah Hamilton, and I now give to my daughter Alamedia Bodily, I nominate and appoint Wm. S. Young Trustee for Alamedia in the place of Samuel Hamilton. 10th day of Feb. 1854.

Abraham Huguely to my son John W. Huguely, 238 acres for the consideration of $500 paid by the said John W. to my son Lew H. Huguely and $500 paid to my son George W. Huguely and the heirs of my deceased son Alfred S. Huguely.
