8. William4 Triplett I (Frances3, Frances2, Francis1) was born in Prince William Co., VA c 1730. William died c 1782 in Serving in the Revolutionary War.
He married Eleanor Harbin in Loudoun Co., VA, c 1758.

Will was probated in August of 1851 in Wilkes Co., NC.
Lewis and his family moved to McMinn Co., TN sometime before 1839.
His parents are not known. Verlinda and
Richard had 14 children born in Wilkes Co., NC. Richard's first recorded land entry was for 50 acres, dated November 1, 1799. Richard's
land was situated just to the East of his brother, Tom Ferguson. Richard and Verlinda are reportedly buried in the Ferguson
Family Cemetery on what was land owned by Tom Ferguson in Wilkes Co., NC.
No
information on when Nancy died, however, John appeared in the Adair Co., KY Tax Lists until 1825. He was around 90 years old when he died.
Both Jesse and Dicie are buried in the old Mt. Zion Cemetery in Wilkes Co., NC. Some
information for their children is available.
He was
buried on the family farm. Priscilla and John lived on a farm that John had inherited from his father on Stony Fork. Most of the family was
apparently buried in a plot on this farm and most graves have been lost. Priscilla and John had 13 children. Some information
for these children available. Not aware of when Priscilla died.
