Page 1 Kamp Kiamichi 2002 Information Robbers Cave State Park #1 June 16-21, 2002 1. The registration fee for each kamper will be $30.00. This covers room and board while at camp. Kampers will also pay a $15.00 concession/activities fee. Spending money for concessions and activities is not necessary as this fee will cover those costs. Adult Counselors will only be required to pay the concession/activities fee. “EARLY-BIRD SPECIAL” FOR PRE-REGISTRATION - $10 DEDUCTED FROM KAMPERS FEE, $5 DEDUCTED FROM ADULT COUNSELORS FEE IF APPLICATION & FEE ARE RECEIVED BY JUNE 1, 2002. 2. Children under nine (9) years of age must have an adult family member attending kamp and immediately responsible for them. 3. Each church will be expected to provide at least one adult sponsor for each eight (8) kampers enrolled from their church. Example: 8 female kampers--1 female sponsor 8 male kampers--1 male sponsor 4. Each kamper will need to bring: Clothing Bible Toiletries (soap, towels, toothbrush, etc.) Pencil and paper Bedding Fan and extension cord (Optional) Flashlight To avoid losing clothing and other items, mark each item with your child’s name or initials! 5. Check-in time is Sunday, June 16, 2002 at 3:00 p.m. 6. Check-out time is Friday, June 21, 2002 at 12:00 noon. 7. Visitors are welcome and asked to respect the kamp rules. 8. All cars will be parked in designated areas only. 9. The telephone number for the pay phone on the kamp ground is (918) 465-9940. 10. Water guns may be brought to kamp. Kampers and counselors will ALL be required to give their water guns to kamp officials when they register. (Some water guns will be provided for those who do not have them.)The water guns will be given to their owners on Thursday during water activities, and will be taken up at the end of water activities.
